CONDITIONS OF RESIDENCE

We welcome into our community companies, organizations, and entrepreneurs whose work is connected to innovative technologies, education, research and scientific development, information services, and the development of the creative economy.

Residents must have an official legal form of doing business
(self-employed / sole proprietor, LLC, or NGO) and share our values — innovation, growth, openness, and responsibility.

We do not accept any activities that violate the law, contradict ethical standards, or may harm the reputation of the Technopark and its community.

A space that inspires

Offices ranging from 11 m² to 130 m², modern furniture, 24/7 access, high-speed internet with a backup line, and an uninterrupted power generator. You can work in comfortable conditions and be sure that the technical side is fully taken care of.

Infrastructure & services

Waiting and lounge areas, meeting rooms, a gym, and event spaces. We provide cleaning of common areas, security, video surveillance, and space administration.

Community & growth

Being part of Crystal means having access to networking, partnerships, and new opportunities. Residents receive a membership card with benefits, take part in events, joint projects, and educational programs.

STEPS TO RESIDENCY

1. Fill in the form
Submit your residency application by filling in a short form about yourself, your team, and your work format.

2. Application review (up to 3 days)
Our administrator will review your application and contact you within 3 working days to clarify details and share the decision.

3. Tour of the Technopark

We schedule a visit, give you a tour of Crystal, show available offices, work areas, and shared spaces, and help you choose the most convenient format.

4. Signing the documents
Once the terms are agreed, we sign the application for joining the public offer agreement — this formalizes your residency.

5. Move into the space
After signing the documents, you can move in, bring your equipment, set up your workspace, and start fully using the technopark’s infrastructure.
